If a person does nothing it might take a couple of years to create resistance to HPV. If somebody follows the author's recommendations, it requires only a few months to establish immunity to human papilloma virus. The longer an individual has HPV, the more likely it could create cervical damage. So it is best to establish immunity and do away with HPV as quickly as reasonable.
